RETURN POLICY

We hope that you love all your purchases from Simply McGee. However, we understand that occasionally you may need to make a return. Purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item will not be eligible for return. Returned items MUST BE RECEIVED by the 14th day to the P.O. Box listed below. 

You will receive a digital GIFT CARD via email containing a unique code once your return has been processed. 

Items purchased at a discount of 30% or more and items in the sale category are FINAL SALE. The following items are always FINAL SALE: accessories, leggings, bodysuits, swimwear and athletic wear. 

If you return a final sale item there will be a restocking fee of 50% off store credit. If you send back a late return, there will be a 25% restocking fee deducted from your store credit. Due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, swimwear, leggings, and the like will not be accepted.

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, or dog hair. 

We do not currently offer exchanges.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. RETURNS MUST SHIP USPS.

No return authorization is needed, simply ship your item to:

Please include the packing slip with your return with the reason for return (i.e. wrong size, defective item, etc.) The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase. Please wrap your item nicely in paper to protect the item. 

Items in boxes (shoes, bags, etc.) should be shipped back in a poly mailer or bigger box to protect the item and original packaging. Items sent back with shipping labels directly on the original box will not be accepted.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit gift card will be emailed to you. 

DAMAGED ITEMS

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at info@simplymcgee.com and forward photos of any damage. 

Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses do not qualify as damaged. 

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
The customer is responsible for any additional postage needed if the address you provided is unable to be delivered, . An additional flat rate of $10 will be charged to the customer to re-deliver any order that was placed with an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address.
